The
dash can be cut into five pieces, then swapped around and re-welded but
it is not easy. The best way to go about it is to first of all turn the
dash upside down and draw its outline onto a piece of wood. Carefully
cut the glove-box side out and use this as a template to mark the other
side. The speedo and rev counter holes will be found to be to one side
of the new cuts, so about 20mm will need to be cut from one side and
the same amount added to the other. If you don't do this the steering
column will end up in the wrong place. Now place all the bits back on
top of the wood and start welding. The dash will need to be finished
