The dash can be cut into five pieces, then swapped around and re-welded but it is not easy. The best way to go about it is to first of all turn the dash upside down and draw its outline onto a piece of wood. Carefully cut the glove-box side out and use this as a template to mark the other side. The speedo and rev counter holes will be found to be to one side of the new cuts, so about 20mm will need to be cut from one side and the same amount added to the other. If you don't do this the steering column will end up in the wrong place. Now place all the bits back on top of the wood and start welding. The dash will need to be finished off with body-filler or a wooden dash to hide the welds.
